Negrete for failure to follow the procedures required by ER 1.15. The case is entitled “In the matter of Gil C. Negrete” and was brought by the State Bar of Arizona with case no. 2022-9073.

The charges cited Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct 42, ERs 1.15( d), (e), and (f); 4.4(a); 8.1 (a); and 8.4(c).
